What the job is
You help sell foreign exchange to financial institutions such as banks, funds and insurers, and make sure their trades are done correctly. Foreign exchange, often shortened to FX, is the buying and selling of currencies.
You sit on Mizuho's FI FX sales desk in London. FI means financial institutions, the type of client the desk covers. You support the salespeople who look after these clients, and once you hold the required certification you carry out currency trades yourself.
