What the job is
You spend a summer in corporate banking, helping bankers look after large companies' borrowing and everyday banking and spot what else the bank could do for them. You join one of several specialised teams in Global Corporate Banking.
Corporate bankers are the main contact between a company and the bank. They lend money, arrange services like payments, and bring in other parts of the bank for deals. The teams you could join are the Mid-Cap Team, the Infrastructure Team, the Subsidiary Team and the Innovation Economy Team.
