What the job is
You run funds that invest in asset-backed securities, bonds paid from pools of loans such as mortgages. The seat sits in the Structured Credit team, which invests in structured finance from investment grade debt down to unrated instruments. Structured finance means packaging loans into securities sold in layers, each with a different level of risk.
