What the job is
You spend a year helping an investment team decide which infrastructure funds and deals to put money into. The seat is an industrial placement, a full year of work taken during your degree, with StepStone Infrastructure and Real Assets, known as SIRA. SIRA invests in things like transport, power, telecoms and utilities, and does it in three ways. It commits money to infrastructure funds run by other managers, it invests alongside those managers in single deals, called co-investments, and it buys existing stakes in funds from investors who want to sell, called secondaries.
