What the job is
You find unusually able people before they have started a company, then help them build one, as an Associate at Entrepreneurs First in London. The firm calls this seat a Talent Investor. Most venture investors back companies that already exist. This one backs individuals, finds them early, often before they have an idea or a cofounder, and invests money in the companies they go on to create. Your job is to work out where such people are, meet them, win their trust and bring the best of them into the firm's programme.
