What the job is
You help a property investment team in London decide which buildings to buy, how to pay for them and how to run them once bought. The seat sits in the European Real Estate Investment team and the firm calls the role Intern Analyst. You work directly with deal teams on live transactions, so your models and research feed real decisions rather than practice exercises.
The team buys and improves property such as homes, warehouses and offices, then sells once the value has been raised. It concentrates on types of building it expects to be in rising demand, and the deals you support span residential, living and other real estate sectors.
